Spotify doesn't play any songs from any playlist. How to solve it?

At this morning i opened spotify to enjoy some tracks but when i opened Playlist with liked songs, There was written the letter "Your liked tracks will appear here". Other Playlists don't work too. In settings i turned on the function that makes me able to see unplayable tracks and found out that every song in spotify is unplayable. Reinstallation, updating, cleaning cash, restarting device didn't help. This problem connects only to phone app , because at web-spotify i can listen music.

Could you try logging out from the app's settings and signing back in to your account twice in a row? This triggers an internal refresh that may help here. If possible, try logging in to another account (a friend's or a relative's would do) to see if the issue persists there.

Make sure also that Spotify is allowed Wifi and Mobile data access, as well as all permissions, and is excluded from any battery optimization software that may be interfering with the app's performance. You can check these in your phone's settings. Something else you can try is connecting to a different Wifi network, or switch to Mobile data instead to see if the songs would be playable then.
