Spotify is lagging/ making popping noises on my new android phone

Hi, i just got a samsung galaxy s4. When using the spotify app, the audio is popping and lagging very much, so it is impossible to enjoy music. Most of the time, it is just random popping noises or small millisecond pauses. This happens with streaming and offline mode. I have runned virus scan on the phone, it happens with phone speakers/ headset. I have re-installed spotify and re downloaded my offline tracks with no luck. There is no downloads/ updates (or anything that could disturb) going on. I never had this problem with my old iphone... Have anyone of you experienced something like this? What is the solution?

EDIT: I have also found out that wav. files lag alot on my phone.
