Spotify is offline and the problem won't solve

My Question or Issue

Spotify is offline and won't stay online for more than 5-20 minutes at a time after I reinstall it. I've restarted it, deleted cache, reinstalled it, deleted all my offline devices, signed off from all devices, called my network provider (everything is as it should be), tried WiFi and went through all the steps on Spotify's Help-page, but nothing works. How do I fix this?

Can you try to check the link below and get to the part where it says 'Set the app to Offline Mode'

Make sure that you're set online.

Can you try the following:
• Turn off System Settings > Apps > Gear Icon > Special Access > Battery Optimization
• Phone settings > Battery > Battery optimization and switch to the All apps list (Top menu) > Your app > Don’t optimize
• Settings > Battery > Battery optimization > (three dots) > Enhanced optimization. This option may also be called Advanced optimisation
