My Question or Issue

Hello,
On my Mi Box S (android TV) there are lags of 1 to 3 seconds of music since I bought it.
Is there a fix ?

We recently had an issue with Android TV devices which has since been fixed.

 

Just to make sure, could you check that your Spotify app and your devices’ software are up-to-date? If you don't know, check with your devices’ manufacturers for how to update the version software.

 

If you're still having trouble after updating, could you try the troubleshooting steps listed in this support article?
