Spotify no me aparece en bloqueo de pantalla

Buenas

No me aparece la aplicación de spotify en la pantalla de bloqueo en el teléfono Huawei p30 pro

Lo raro es que me fije en otro teléfono igual y en el otro aparece 3 lineas y en mi teléfono solo aparecen 2 y la q hace falta es para habilitar la aplicación en el bloqueo 

intente volver a instalar y nada

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify-app? We recommend the clean reinstall as it'll remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. It'll also get you the latest version of Spotify.

Give it a try, as this tends to solve issues like the one you're having. If this doesn't help you, let us know and we'll take a closer look.

Sí borre todos los archivos correspondientes a la app y nada tambien en permisos y todo eso y tampoco funciona
