My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm having problems right now as my Spotify only plays for 5secs then skips and play the next song for 5secs again repeatedly. I've searched the blog but can't find any working solutions. Yes I've cleared cache, Yes I've reinstalled, Yes I've restarted my device, Yes even if my battery saver is off it does not work. I've encountered this issue today. Pls help

Do you mind trying another clean reinstall, but this time making sure to clear all Spotify app data? The steps to do this are outlined in this support article.
