Spotify randomly starts playing

My Question or Issue

 The Spotify app won't close, and then will randomly start on my phone. My alarm will go off (not set to play a Spotify song) and I will dismiss or snooze it and Spotify will begin playing. Sometimes it randomly starts with no apparent pattern evident. I was watching Facebook videos the other night and Spotify started playing in between the FB videos. This is VERY annoying, it has started hspphappe for about two weeks now .

My insights might not be the exact solution of your issue, but I will try up to my utmost knowledge in answering your concern.

Have you check your phones RAM? Maybe your phone's RAM is cannot withstand anymore to handle lots of apps on your phone. That's why it sometimes "laggy". Try to minimize or lessen your apps. Uninstall those apps that you don't need. So many apps on your phone tends to lower down it ability to process some apps.
