Spotify remains offline on Wifi

In my Android phone of Samsung, my premiun account remains offline or shows no internet connection available when using it on a Wi-fi even after a successful connection with Wi-fi. The network is working on all other applications except Spotify. Don't know what to do exactly now ?

Hey @Paras_Rastogi,

Could it be that your app is set to offline mode?  

To check this go to your app's settings -> scroll down to Data-saving and offline and toggle offline mode off.
If it was off to begin with, toggle it on and off again, it should reset your app's network settings and hopefully resolve the issue.

If this doesn't help out, see if clearing the app's cached data would make a difference. You can do so by following the steps from this article.
