My Question or Issue
I cannon search, view artists or view albums or go to radio because the app says I am not connected to the internet. My phone is 100% connected to the internet. I can go to the home page and select and play the Spotify playlists and songs (like Top Hits playlist) I do not have any of those songs downloaded. Video streaming on the app even works.
Logging out and back in does not help. Turning wi-fi off and back on does not help. Using 4g network does not help. The only way to fix the problem is to reset my phone, but a few hours later the problem starts all over again.
Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing this?
Many of us are expeiencing this exact same problem. Really irritating, and we're all hoping for a quick fix.
Hey @Green14! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^
That doesn't sound cool.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
Let me know if that helps, thanks! ^^
Peace
I did uninstall. It will connect for a few minutes, but then it says i'm offline while i'm clearly online. The problem is not fixed.
I also have this issue. I reinstalled the app and it worked normally for a short while, now it's back to claiming I'm not on wifi. So fed up with.
Constantly have this problem. Constantly research this issue. Constantly CM solutely no answer, no end in sight, no help from Spotify it whatsoever. However I have been a pain premium member for a very long time to have this problem with a essay brand new and to consistently be told just uninstall the app and reinstall it obviously that does not work Spotify pull your head out of your third point of contact wipe**bleep** off and fix the issue before you consistently lose customers
I'm having the same issues for some time now and it's really irritating to say the least.
