Spotify starts playing with out open the app and frozen the music

My Question or Issue

when I disconnect the bluetooth of my cell phone it automatically plays without being able to stop it and the correct track cannot be displayed, it freezes changing the song, but not the name

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this? If so, we’d first recommend trying a clean reinstall to make sure you remove any corrupted files from previous installations. If that doesn’t do the trick, check if any power saving or data cleaning settings are active on the device and disable them.
