Spotify will not connect to the internet - Motorola Turbo

Spotify will not recognize the internet connection on my phone.  I have done re-installation and still can't get it to work.  As of now i can't even get logged in on my moble device

 

I have logged out and logged back in.

Deleted all data, uninstalled and reinstalled

changed password
