Spotify will not play on Marshal Kilburn (and other older devices) via Bluetooth since "Jam" update

My Question or Issue

Spotify refuses to play audio via Bluetooth on my Marshall Kilburn device when connected with a Motorola Moto G42 Android phone.

Other Apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Musich play back audio on the same Phone to the Kilburn speaker without problems.

Spotify plays back audio via Bluetooth on the same phone but on different speakers (Tannoy Live Mini, Beyerdynamic Space) without problems.

I have similar problems when trying to have Spotify play back audio via Bluetooth on my Car (Fiat/Chrysler UConnect from 2013). Other apps work well in my car.

The problem showed up after a Spotify update introducing the malicious "Jam". Since I don't use "Jam", please allow users to completely switch off this feature as it seems to make trouble with older Bluetooth devivces. Thank you.

After successfully playing Audio on my Kilburn using the Windows Spotify app I had the situation that exchanging any of the two components in the combination of "Spotify Android latest version" + "Marshal Kilburn" would solve the problem.

So, pleas Spotify: Fix the  Bluetooth connection problem with older Bluetooth devices built into your latest Spotify Android App version. Thank you.
