Spotify won't download music but I have ~30 GB available.

Spotify won't download music but I have ~30 GB available.

Hello,

I'm using an LG Aristo (LGMS210) running Android 7.0 with Spotify 8.4.32.623 armV7.

When I try to save an album to my device, I get the error message I've attached below stating that I don't have enough space.  I have Spotify set to store my music on my external SD card with 28 GB (or so) remaining as shown in the other screenshot.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and hopefully how to fix it?  So far, I've:

-Moved my library to internal and back to external storage

-Turned my device off and back on again

-Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify

-Removed a single album and re-downloaded the same album

-Removed a single album and downloaded a different one

If anyone has some further ideas or suggestions, I'd appreciate any input.  Thank you!

Hello @Vic_vinci

This message has noting to do with the actual space you have on your device. There is a limit of maximum 10000 songs you can save in Your Library (by clicking Save on album/song) and it's for the account as a whole. Its a bummer, I know, but there is an active idea on the community boards for increasing this limit. Vote for it and maybe Spotify will implement it.
