Spotify won't stop adding songs to my playlist; they're all terrible

My Question or Issue

My playlist contains 16 songs. Weak, i know, but that's not the issue. The problem is that Spotify keeps adding songs to it and they don't show up in the "We Added:" section anymore, music just begins to play instead of the stuff in my playlist. It's not even in any of the genres i listen to. It's extremely irritating to be listening to Razorlight or Nirvana and then a song unironically called "**bleep** music" composed entirely of stock sounds played over and over blares out. I can't even skip or delete any of it because it isn't in the playlist, it just begins playing. Please help.
