Spotify wrapped 2021 is not working on android

My Question or Issue

When trying to load the story on the app for spotify wrapped for 2021, I cannot even look at any of the stats. It refuses to load, but I can download my playlist just fine. The image attached is the exact error it pops up. I've tried re-downloading, restarting the app, and nothing. I'm worried that I won't have any opportunity to see it at all.

I have a similar issue.

The e-mail I received is in the wrong language and the 'favourites' are question marks. If I open the link in the e-mail on Android all I'll get is a blank page within the Spotify app.

Mines different, mine don't even show up, but all the other wrapped 2021 playlists do.

I had the issue and fixed it on my Galaxy S20 FE.

Go to android Settings -> Accessibility -> Visibility Enhancements -> turn off "Remove animations", then restart spotify.
