@robilamm61 Have you tried the Microsoft approach of disconnecting the speaker from the power for a minute then plugging it back in?
Yes, my mobile still show the devices.
No, any error: only change from gray to green for a bit time, then reverse in gray.
I have a big amount of free space on "on-board" and "microds" memories. (9GB/20GB)
Sorry, the question was not for me 🙂
Yes, I tried.
On one speaker (Pioneer A1) I reinstalled the network from start 🙂
Have you tried getting in touch with Pioneer's support? You could also try the Spotify helpdesk to see if they have any ideas.
I think Pioneer was not involved in the process, because the problem is starting from this version (0.7.8.566).
I can try the Spotify helpdesk.
thanks
Hmmm.........I have exactly the same setup as you and same spotify version - listening through the speaker right now. Please let me know the outcome 🙂
I also thought that the trouble can be wired to my Spotify Premium profile (on the remote server) ... I am a bit confused .... I will let you updated 🙂

As added info, today I opened a ticket to the helpdesk, they has unregistered my devices. Then I synchronized from start my local playlists. Without success 😞
I attached three pictures to show the matter:
1) The Speaker is visible and selectable
2) When I tap on the name, The icon become (temporary) green
3) The icon come back gray after few seconds, no sound on speaker. No sound also in the device, I need to tap on Q10 to hear music from the device. Speakers are not usable (I have two speaker, in the pictures only the first one is ON).
I downgraded Spotify to the previous version: No success 😞
Desperate Spotify user.

No, the front light of the speaker remain red.
The strange behaviour is that I can play with DLNA / UPnp client from the same device (in this case the light become green, and blue when I use the Airplay).
So seems related to a SpotifyConnect-protocol issue.
