Starting over

Starting over

I have wrote other post and no one seems to care.  I am on the family plan and have been a paying customers for almost a year.  I lost 1200 songs the other day and I had to start all over even erased the app as well.  I went to use Wi-Fi to get my music cause I am running on slow data.  I had one play list downloaded went to sleep and it was working on the other.  When I woke up once again they were all gone!!  I don't think u understand how much music means to some people.  It is all I have I don't watch TV I don't have friends I listen to music.  Plz help

Hello angel,

Are you using the correct account (your account)? It’s possible that one of your family member switched your account to theirs. 

Yes I am using mine they don't really use theirs at all but I get the family deal anyway.
