Startpage is full with stuff i never heard off

My Question or Issue

I have the problem that my start/home page in the Spotify app no longer displays recently played songs, favorite Albums and Songs, Top Podcasts, Favorite artists, heavy rotation etc.

Instead it is full with "recomandations" for genres i never heard a single song of, like Latin, Hip-hop or pop. 

I tried restarting my device, clearing the cache aswell as uninstalling and installing Spotify, but it did not help at all.

Is there a way to change my Startpage back to normal?

If you've come across Spotify recommendations which don't reflect your listening activity, it'd be good to make sure no one is accessing your account in an unauthorized way.
