Startup icon is very strange HELP

This comes up when i open Spotify on my Phone which i really dislike it just began doing it please help i tried to uninstall didnt work either.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

In this case, we'd recommend trying instead a clean reinstall of the app on your Honor mobile device. To do so, simply follow these steps:

1. Head here and click Remove all devices.
2. Go to your Spotify settings, scroll down to Storage and then tap Delete cache.
3. From the Android home screen, tap Settings > Apps
4. Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it make sure to clear any cache or data first.
5. Then, select Uninstall.
6. Switch your device off and wait a couple minutes.
7. Switch your device back on.
8. Open the Google Play Store then search for and install the Spotify Music app.

That should do the trick!

However, if you're still having troubles, we'd recommend first making sure that your mobile device is up to speed with the latest firmware versions available.
