Still can't renew my subscription

Still can't renew my subscription

Hi,

Every month I have trouble renewing my premiumsubscription. This has been a problem for a long time now. First I get an email saying that they have been unable to withdraw funds from my account and tell me to log on to Spotify webpage and check my payment details. But when I update the payment details it pops up a pink box saying that it doesn't work and I have to check if I have sufficient funds on my bankaccount whixh I always have had. Sometimes it works if I wait for a few days but I can't use Spotify on my mobile during these days. Why is this happening every month?

They already took my payment but it keeps saying they can't renew my account. Here's the receipt of the payment taken.

 it was taken from my card on the 10th of this month.
