Stop playing after locking the screen

When i lock the screen after the song is finished, it does not change to the next one. I have to unlock it and then it will start working again. I tried to search the web and the community, i found that there are other people with the same issue, but there are no infos on how to resolve the problem.

• Double-check the following android settings.
  
  Wifi/More/keep wifi on during sleep - set to always
  Battery - Power saving modes off
  Battery/App power saving/details - make sure Spotify is not listed. If it is, select and disable

I tried everything you wrote, but it continues with the same issue.
Any other idea or how to contact Spotify service?
