Super slow after marshmallow upgrade

The app will start up and work well for the first few minutes. After that it takes forever to load or switch tracks, and sometimes when clicking an album, the tracks won't even show up. Brand new phone, just installed, no offline play list.

I have the same issue. Did all of the fixes recommended at this point I don't even have an SD card in my phone and it still happens. Galaxy's s5.....please any help would be great. Premium user.

I actually found a place that you could us an old version of Spotify. Used
a verssion that was about 3 updates old works perfectly. Don't remember the
site, but a quick Google search should help.
