Thanks for coming to the Community to report this issue.

Another user said they had the same problem with animation duration scale set to "animation off" in Android's developer options.

Do you also have that setting turned off?

Thanks that did the trick, i had it set to off so changed it to 0.5x 🙂

This is being looked into, but for now it is recommended to have the animation settings turned on.

Hopefully this will be improved in the future for users that have it turned off.

I had the same issue. Honestly you guys should not depend on animation duration! This is so stupid! You had this issue with the 2022 wrapped stories as well. How come for example Instagram is working fine without depending on animation duration but Spotify needs it for everything? Please check this issue. I dont want to turn on animation duration even to 0.5! Thanks
