I suspect that's down to the android version. Older android versions (2.2.) can't run the most recent spotify which is needed for spotify free. I believe your Arnova is running android 2.2 so the most recent version of spotify which would be downloaded from Play would be 0.6.5. This is mmentioned in this FAQ.

Nop, Arnova in 4.0 ice cream.... :-((

I have another tablet sony xperia Z with spotify premium

The tablet Arnova 7 G3 (with spotify free and android 4.0.3) have same spotify version that my sony: 0.7.4.610...

I don´t understand why behaves as a smartphone....

Thanks for help.

I would suggest opening a dialogue with Spotify support using the online contact form too, I have a feeling this might be down to how the app detects if you are on a tablet or a phone but I'm not sure.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
