In this case, we recommend you to start off with a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you give us more details about this behavior? Is this happening when you open a specific podcast or does it happen just no matter the podcast you chose?

Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.

I deleted the app and reinstall it but nothing have changed.I also deleted the cash but nothing have changed. This happened after I updated the os to android 13

On another note, can you let us know the exact Spotify version you have running on your device?

Lastly, is this happening on another account? You can create a free test account to verify if the inconvenience persists there.

Hello , sorry for the late replay because I didn't recive any notification on email.

The problem appear on galaxy s22 ultra because there is not icon on PC like on mobile.

The current version is : 8.7.84.382

Could you try to reproduce this issue on a different device with your account and with a different account on your device? This'll help us further isolate the causes of it.

We'd be then able to relay the findings to our tech team for review as Android 13 is quite new and there may still be some polishing left to do.
