The offline mode isn't working

Hi, as the title I have a problem with offline mode. With wifi I download all the songs but when I don't have the network, the application says Go online to download. I have downloaded all the songs 5 ​​times but it doesn't work anyway. Today I have tried to re-download all the songs and for a moment the application said You can't download the songs in more than three devices. I have downloaded the songs on only one device.
What I have to do?

Firstly - go to your account overview and reset your offline devices.

Then, Have you tried a Clean reinstallation of Spotify?

WHat Android version are you running?

I cleared my offline devices and i have done a clean reinstallation. It seems that works well now.
