The same device registered multiple times in Offline devices

My Question or Issue

My phone is registered as a new device every day. Along with that, my downloaded songs keep disappearing and I have to redownload them every time. I don't know what is causing this issue but I'm very irritated by it. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Thanks for reaching out!

Could you try removing all the devices by clicking 'Remove all devices', then delete the app and reinstall it? 

Once you've reinstalled the app, set the device to Offline again and download your favorite playlists.
