Unable to download songs on Nokia 8.3 5G

Unable to download songs on Nokia 8.3 5G

I got my Nokia 8.3 just a few days ago and i downloaded Spotify successfully. I logged in and everything worked fine. Then I tried to download my Playlists and they simply wouldn't download. It says marked for download but it shows this exclamation mark on the first Track it should download. It of course never downloads anything.

I did everything that was given at the Spotify support website but none of it helped. Like I said the Smartphone is brand new and up to date so I don't know what could be wrong with it. I luckly still got my old Smartphone which works perfectly and still downloads everything. I'd really appreciate some help 'cause the phone is useless to me without any songs i can listen to.

Welcome to the Community!

 

First up, we suggest that you check if the Offline Mode isn't enabled in the app. To do so, head over to Settings > under Playback > make sure Offline Mode is toggled off.

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you try again using another internet connection? Additionally, we recommend making sure that the app have all the permissions enabled in your phone Settings. 

 

In case that these steps don't work, would you mind sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device?
