Unable to like, add songs to library with Talkback screen reader on Android

Hello,

Pixel 6 pro, Android 14, Spotify premium and in Canada.

Currently, using the Talkback screen reader it is not possible to like / add a song to my library. The option to do so in the now playing screen or the mini player at the bottom of the screen is simply not read by Talkback. I am unable to locate it anywhere.

This seems like a glaring issue on an application that is otherwise quite accessible. I can however use the desktop client to save songs.

Any help is appreciated.

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info to better understand what's happening on your side. Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.

On another note, we'd suggest you make sure both the app and your mobile device are up-to-date. Would you mind sending us the exact Spotify version you're running on the affected device? It'd help us a lot if you double-check if the same happens on a different mobile device. You can ask for the device of a relative or a friend to check.

Lastly, would you mind sending us a video recording of this behavior? You attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.
