Unable to login to app or website on galaxy s6

Getting error 3. I get an error message claiming the Username or Password entered are incorrect. Im 100% sure I am entering the correct information. I am not entering in my email. Reinstalling was ineffective, as the problem persists for chrome as well. This is extremely frustrating and seems to be a prevelant problem.

Hi I'm using s6 also I can easily log in but the problem when i upgrade to premium and enter my # its said thr that..something went wrong and contact our support team.
