My Question or Issue

After clicking on the App I get the logo momentarily, then a blank black screen. I have done a clean reinstall, reset my password, updated my system, have 6 GB phone storage free, Internet is stable. Nothing has worked. Still get a blank screen.

Thanks for posting in the Community and the troubleshooting already tried.

Just to make sure, could you perform a clean reinstall of the app as described here? This is a more thorough way to do it. 

Does the same experience occur when you use a different mobile device?
