Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

Can you let us know what device and Spotify version you're rocking?  Also, are you getting any error messages when trying to play your offline tracks? 

Keep in mind your SD card must have at least 1GB free space. This option will only appear if your SD Card is available and accessible.

We'd recommend removing your SD card and reinstalling the app. Here's how.
