Update has disabled skipping forward in local file tracks

After a recent update (last week or so), whenever I play a "local file" track (i.e. one I've uploaded to Spotify myself) on my Android device,the Spotify app won't let me forward through to any point further on in the track.

When I try to skip forwards, it just takes me back to the beginning of the track - it's super frustrating, especially as I'm on premium.

It only happens on my Android device (my ipad doesn't have the problem), and it's only on local files that it happens (and it's every local file).

I've logged out and back in - no change. I've uninstalled Spotify, deleting the cache and all data, then reinstalling and downloading my entire online / offline / local library - no change.

Does anyone have any thoughts? After numerous problems with Spotify (with fixes generally being around deleting reinstalling, which is a pain) I'm getting really fed up now and am considering moving to a different platform.

The same here it is very frustrating, hopefully a new update ( android) will fix this.
