Web player in android phones using chrome desktop site

1. I tried to open web player in my android phone using chrome in desktop mode but the player doesn't load, it kept on refreshing. Kindly look into it, either it is a bug or if it is not supported then it should show a popup showing web olayer is not available on mobile devices.

Can you clarify if you're trying to open the web player open.spotify.com in the Google Chrome browser on your phone? 

Do you see any sort of error messages or does the page just keep refreshing? Opening the web player should be possible in any browser on your phone.

This could be an issue with cache&cookies, app permissions or your network, so I'd recommend clearing the cache on your browser and checking for any app updates available.

If that doesn't help, let us know the following info and we'll look further into this:

- Device model and OS version

- Can you open the Spotify app on your phone

- Can you open the web player in another browser on your phone
