When I play on Alexa Echo it connect to Spotify but when I play from Spotify it is not listing Echo!

I moved to a new place. And I set a new echo there. This echo can play Spotify. So if I open Spotify on desktop or Android it shows it is playing on the 'New Device' but this same speaker is not listed in the devices in Spotify! And at the same time it is listing all other speakers which was in the old building! I gave 'forget this device' it goes away and still comes back again immediately.  So some sort of cache is working and it is not in my phone or desktop. Becuase desktop will never get it from phone. And more over I had cleared cache and reinstalled the android app several times.

I saw a solution where in a user said to go to desktop spotify settings->opens a new brower(till this worked)-> find 'account settings'  to remove old device. Well there is no such thing as 'account settings'

So three issues

1) New speaker not showing up

2) Old devices are not going away! 

3) A listed Solution is not a solution anymore as there is no 'account settings'

Solved #1 and #3

'account settings' do not exist anymore. 

Instead of "find 'account settings'" you can find Apps listed on the left pane. Here you can see Alexa. click "remove access". And now open Alexa and disable skill. Now enable again. This should list the speaker in your current building. But it will still show the devices in old building.
