When i insert my earphones on my phones the songs gets slowed

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well? We'd also like to know if this happens with other streaming apps too. 

On another note, does the same happen with different headphones? 

Lastly, could you let us know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update?

For some context, I have earphones that I bought from a Minisoo during the summer of 2023. They've been working fine until now.

Whenever I plug them in to listen, all I can hear is the instrumental or background of a song; little to no lyrics being heard. However, it works perfectly fine with my speaker or airpods.

Sure, it could just be the headphones themselves but they also work perfectly fine unless I'm using spotify.

If anyone can, please help me solve this as soon as possible.
