Why Can't I See All My Playlists?

Why Can't I See All My Playlists?

I have used the desktop app for years, but today I followed instructions and paired Spotify with my Sony Android TV. I can only see or play a handful of my playlists. Is there a way to access all my playlists?

Desktop is W10, TV is Sony (Android)

Thanks!

Help?

Hey there @musicmafia,

Thanks for posting on the Community! We apologize for the confusion and the delayed response.

To start, could you give the steps under TV app not working? on this page a shot? It's possible that this will help in your case.

Shouldn't that do the trick, could you send us a photo or two showing how things look like from your end? Just make sure the picture doesn't include any personal details.

Let us know how you get on!

You have accidentally deleted your playlists or songs. If you have deleted your playlists or songs by mistake, you might not be able to see or play them anymore.

To fix this, you can try to recover your deleted playlists or songs from your Spotify account page. Go to Spotify.com, log in, and click on Account > Recover playlists. There, you can see your deleted playlists and restore them
