I'm still getting ads and can't download music yet I have already paid for Spotify premium

Hey there,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

In these cases, we'd first recommend checking the type of plan you've activated on your Account page, keeping in mind that some subscriptions (like Premium mini) only work on mobile devices.

 

If you have a different type of subscription and the issue persists, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article, along with trying with different credentials as mentioned here as well.
