Why couldn't I play songs without the internet? I'm paying premium.

My Spotify seems to be not working when I turn off my internet. All my songs are downloaded and I am paying premium plan. I couldn't even pick any song or click on the next song when wifi is not there.

Hi there! You might need to download them for offline use next time you get connected to the internet. Once you have downloaded the content you want, it should play alright next time you go offline 🙂

Here's the official Spotify steps on how to do that. Tell me if that did it 🙂

The problem is that the other playlists are playing offline without any problem. Just the playlist "Liked Songs" wouldn't play without internet. All songs are downloaded.

I have tried uninstalling and installing it again, but no luck.

Same here! All songs from playlists works, but the liked ones don't. Already downloaded, uninstalled the app, cache, and keeps with the same problem.

Hey again @amblizbo! Out of curiosity, how many tracks do you have there? Do you give it sufficient time to download all tracks? I have around 1,2k and it's still downloading for me (it's been a couple hours by this point at least...)

It's 1,965 to be exact.

 The thing is, I've been using the same playlist from "Liked Songs" for about 3 years now and I haven't encountered this problem before. I'm very lazy to create a specific playlist, hence the use of Liked Songs as my main playlist. 

All songs are downloaded 100%.

Hi @amblizbo! I have found a solution for the bug (at least until they solve the problem): it's enabled by default the "intelligent shuffle" in the liked songs playlist. If you disable (set shuffle without the recommendations of new songs) the Liked Songs in airplane mode / offline works well.

Yeah, it worked! Thank you so much! Guess it's really just a glitch. 

I turned it off like you said, and then switch it back on while playing a song. It works perfectly fine now.
