My Question or Issue

 i tried the 1 month trial.... and its about to expire so i bought a 3months of Premium... when i tried to search new songs i can do it but when i try to open an Artist it says you are offline please connect to the internet and try again... i cant either Browse or Start Radio

 

i have a 8.4.64.555 spotify version

Let’s go ahead and try logging into a different account to see if the issue persists while not using your main account.

Hey @HopperX, welcome to the community.

 

Hope you’re doing great! 

 

Sorry to hear you are having issues connecting to Spotify, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help. 

 

It looks like your offline mode is on. You can easily turn this off by going to: Library > Settings Icon > Playback > Turn off offline mode.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

i tried everything. logging out and back in. deleting cache and data before uninstalling but still i cant search, browse or play radio. it just say you are offline connect to the internet even though i have access on Wifi/Internet

Were you able to restart your device? 

Also, could you try and restart your router?

im using Android not on my computer... on my computer works perfectly fine..

 

i also restarted my phone

 

my spotify version is 8.4.64.555 armV7

I have the same problem and have verified the "offline" option, loggeg out, logged back in.

While on wifi thw songs start to download but I still can't do any search..it says I am offline.

That’s odd. Can you try enabling airplane mode for about a minute and then disabling it to see if it makes a difference?

Billy thanks for the help. I went ahead and uninstalled it, again.
Apparently that did the trick..problem solved.

wait how? i wanna know too...

 

i tried logging out and logging in with my Facebook then uninstall... then reinstall it and loggin my FB and then my main account... i still have the problem

@Danirivegama mentioned that uninstalling the app again worked. I would clear all cache, then do another uninstall.
