Check under Spotifys 'App Info' and see how much memory is being used up by spotify.

If it is <100mb, you can conclude that the playlists were completely deleted from your phones SD card/internal memory.

If the used memory is >100mb (by quite a large amount), report back with the size of the memory that Spotify is using and I will help you locate the playlists on your phone and move them to the right directory.
