The app is in free Mode and i can only play shuffle. When i try to cancel shuffle or make the app work in offline mode, the app wants me to subscribe for premium membership which i allready have. This is also stated in account settings. I have tried to log out and sign in again, and also reinstalled the app without any luck. What else can I do to solve the problem?

Can you try checking your Account page?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts

I have the same problem. My account page says “Spotify Premium“, but I get adds, can't use offline mode, can only shuffle etc.

It said premium, but now suddenly it is all OK and i can use it as usuall. It happend after the update, but it looks like it is fixed Now.

Spotify is aware that some people are premium but the app shows free. They are working on a fix, so hopefully soon.
