app won't work in offline mode, even with green arrows and more..

Hi, I have a spotify account created with my Facebook account and it's very laggy, buggy and it just doesn't do what I pay for it to do.. My playlists will download, there is a green arrow beside each song, but they will never work offline.. Also, almost every time I open the app, songs that have already been downloaded will start downloading again. In addition to that, sometimes, more than once a week, I open my phone (Samsung Galaxy note4) and I'm logged off for no reason and I have to download all the playlists again. Please don't tell me the trick of clearing cache and re-download the app. I tried many times..
