where are the heart and hate icons?

I've looked at so many posts around this question; all saying click the heart or hate icons - but I cannot find them! They are supposedly next to the playbar (or each side of the play bar) but they are not and my desktop version is up to date. Where/...

Now I can't add songs to playlists

In my android app for a couple of days when I "Add to playlist" it does nothing. It does not even ask me what playlist I want to add the song to. My existing playlists are there. Can use them. But can't add new songs. I need help! Thanks!

Issue moving musics to SD card

Hello, I have a premium spotify account on a galaxy S7 edge and when (via spotify) I move my downloads on the SD card, it stills download everything on my phone storage. I can't change anything via the phone. Help, thank you.

Autoplay is freaking annoying and can't be turned off

Can't add songs to a playlist

I can't add any songs to playlist. When I click the 3 dots to the right of the song, the menu comes up. But when I click add to playlist, nothing happens. Also, the other options don't work either (e.g., go to artist, go to album).
