My downloaded songs are missing

So i updated my Axon 7 yesterday and suddenly to my dismay all my downloaded songs were gone yet it seems they still take up memory storage, what can i do? what happened?

Premium Family account and alexa set up

I have the premium family account. I tried to set up the account on Alexa and when I do it keeps saying that I do not have a premium accont. I check the account says premium and subsctiption is current and paid. Why is this so dificult?Please advise

Deleted songs are playing.

I need assistance with my playlist. I must have added an album by Jim Croce accidentally to my playlist. I deleted the songs but the songs are still playing even though they don't show on my playlist.
