Getting Local Files on Anroid?

Hey everyone, quick question! I was wondering if there was a way I could get my local files that are saved on my Android, not on my desktop onto Spotify? Thanks!

Not bluetooth device with Spotify at Ford Fiesta 2015

A week ago Spotify reproduced without problems on my 2015 Ford Fiesta Sync, I'm premium and not detected now. Since the apk updated. I already uninstalled and delete vehicle information and my Samsung S5, and still detect.
