Superuser Contribution Songs won't play offline even when downloaded

Some of my songs won't play even though it is downloaded/saved to my device for example the screenshot that I posted. Seems that songs that are on a playlist will play, but others won't.

Music volume goes down when WhatsApp is open

Everytime I open WhatsApp the volume goes down, a lot. If I minimize goes to normal, if I go back to check for new messages it goes down again.
