Chromecast audio - can't connect from Android

I can connect from any other audio app to chromecast every time but Spotify doesn't connect 99% of the time. Have tried the usual things, uninstalls etc, and can only conclude its a bug. Any tips? Android 7.0. Samsung S8

Full playlist won't shuffle

I have a playlist of 225 songs. But when I try to shuffle it, only the first 50 or so songs are able to appear in the shuffled playing list.I pay for premium, so this is super annoying
