bought premium but still on free division

Hey, I bought spotify premium today 01/11/2015 but I have still not been transferred to the premium, I lie still in free. money has been pulled out of my bank account, I need help. Whether you do it on premium or so I must politicize report their firm for defraud their clients. I do not know what to do, someone must help me

Please verify if any of these sugegstions help.

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
• If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
• If it says Free, check the receipt they send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

If none of them helps, then you'll need to contact support here so they can help you sort this out.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
