I recently got invited to a family premium link by my sister. I've been trying to put in our address in several ways for the past few days and I still have been unsuccessful in signing in.. I've also approached her about the way she put in the address and I am putting in correctly. What can I do about this matter, we've been paying for this for the past 3 months and I still cannot access my premium account.

Do you actually live at the same address? If so, I suggest you use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.
